Install from the Plugin & Content Manager

Recommended
  1. Open KiCad and open the Plugin and Content Manager.
  2. Search for "Stenchill" in the Plugins tab.
  3. Click Install. That's it, no ZIP, no manual steps.

Or install manually (download the ZIP)

  1. Download the ZIP file using the button below.
  2. Open KiCad and go to the Plugin and Content Manager (main menu).
  3. Click "Install from File..." and select the downloaded ZIP.

How to use

  1. Open your PCB in KiCad's PCB Editor.
  2. Go to Tools → External Plugins → Stenchill.
  3. Adjust parameters (thickness, shoulders, nozzle...).
  4. Choose the output folder for the export.
  5. Click Generate Stencil, STL files are saved in the chosen folder.

Requirements

  • KiCad 8.0 or later
  • Internet connection (files are processed on stenchill.com)
