# Stenchill > Stenchill turns your PCB Gerber files into 3D-printable solder paste stencils, ready to print on a resin or FDM printer and use for SMD/SMT reflow soldering. Stenchill is a free web application that generates a 3D-printable solder paste stencil from Gerber files. You upload your paste and board-outline layers (a ZIP export, or individual files), and it produces an STL you can print and use to apply solder paste on your PCB. It reads the paste apertures, adds nozzle-diameter compensation so fine-pitch openings stay printable, and generates registration shoulders from the board outline so the stencil aligns on the board. Generation parameters (plate thickness, pad shrink, nozzle diameter, registration shoulders) are adjustable, and an interactive 3D viewer previews the result before download. A KiCad plugin generates the same stencil directly from the editor. ## Pages - [Home](https://stenchill.com/en/): upload Gerber files or a ZIP, tune the generation parameters, preview the stencil in a 3D viewer, and download the printable STL. - [Guide](https://stenchill.com/en/guide): how to 3D print a solder paste stencil, from Gerber export to printing and applying paste. - [KiCad plugin](https://stenchill.com/en/kicad-plugin): generate a stencil directly from KiCad, without leaving the editor. - [Community](https://stenchill.com/en/community): stencils and results shared by other users. ## Misc - [Privacy policy](https://stenchill.com/en/privacy-policy): privacy policy and legal notice for the service.
